Elena Evagorou is a primary school teacher in Limassol. She is a graduate of the Department of Education Sciences of the University of Cyprus (1997). For the past six years she has been exclusively teaching Visual Arts and Health Education. She has participated in several Erasmus and eTwinning projects resulting in collaborations between her pupils and pupils from Greece and Poland. She has always promoted collaborations with visual artists, her most recent resulting in the CREARTE project, in 2017. Under her guidance her pupils have successfully participated in many art competitions and group exhibitions, obtaining distinctions. Essentially, her main goal is for her pupils to experience a love of visual arts and a sense of achievement when engaging in them.
