Persephoni studied BA Education at the University of Cyprus, Fine Art at Kingston University and MA Art Therapy at the University of Hertfordshire, UK.
She lives, works and creates in Limassol. As an art therapist she has worked in Mental Health Services with children and adults, both in Cyprus and the UK.
As an artist she enjoys investigating the element of time, subjectivity and objectivity in mixed media and writing. Her creative expression includes play on words, thoughts, meanings, images and feelings. She shares a passion in multiple readings, dialects, research, humor, and the unexpected.
As a teacher she explores the use of art in developing self esteem, social inclusion and cooperation in elementary school children. We welcomes collaborations of all sorts and is involved in research presented on a European and international level.
